ERG prepared GIS based solar and wind energy intensity maps and evaluated the potential of solar and wind energy utilization in Ethiopia. ERG critically reviewed energy related policies in terms of their relevance to the development of solar and wind energy in Ethiopia. It also indicated potential market for solar and wind energy investments.
