Building national solar technician capacity
The REF sought to train 50 solar technicians from different regions of the country to increase the trained workforce. ERG provided full technical training (resource assessment, demand assessment, system sizing, installation and service) for 10 days. Trainees now work in districts as solar technicians and sales agents.
