Estimating financial needs for delivering modern off-grid energy services
This study estimated the cost needed by energy enterprises to deliver reliable, affordable and modern (off-grid) energy services and products. Data was collected from key organizations engaged in clean energy technology in Ethiopia to determine their past financial and implementation achievements, and to estimate their future finance absorption capacities.
