Evaluating community-based renewable energy for essential services
The objective of the CMREP project is to improve access to essential services (health, education, and potable water) in rural communities through increased access to energy services. ERG carried out the final evaluation of this project. In particular ERG evaluated the project's rationale and logic, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
