The purpose of this research project was to investigate if secondary cities in Ethiopia can rely on low-carbon, sustainable, environmentally responsible sources of energy. ERG collected and evaluated energy resource and consumption data for selected cities and evaluated climate change impacts in Dire Dawa and Mekele.
